SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (USD) within the continental United States.
All delivery times and dates provided are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, carrier delays, and other unforeseen factors. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
DELIVERY DELAYS
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date. While we do our best to meet stated timelines, The Mahjong Press cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the United States at this time.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
