We want you to feel confident in your purchase from The Mahjong Press.
If your cards arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at hello@themahjongpress.com within 7 days of receiving your item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted for items that are damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or purchased in error.
All eligible items must:

Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Be in unused condition, with original packaging intact

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs will be covered by The Mahjong Press for approved cases.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with the same item (if available) or issue a refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@themahjongpress.com.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
